For those moments when you don’t have too much time for cooking and yet you’re starving, try this burger recipe! Just grab some mince and veggies. It takes a minute to prepare the patty, six minutes to fry it, and just a couple more minutes to assemble the burger! The ingredients are pretty straightforward, but delicious!

Ingredients Needed for 10-Minute Burger

3 ounces of mince
1 spring onion
vegetable oil for cooking
1 burger bun
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 cabbage leaf
0.5 tomato
1 red cabbage leaf
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 cheese

How to Make 10-Minute Burger

  1. Chop the spring onion and mix it with the mince. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Shape the mince into a burger patty.
  3. Heat oil in a cast-iron skillet to a medium high temperature.
  4. Fry the patty for 3 minutes on each side.
  5. Now you can assemble the burger.
  6. On the bottom half of the burger bun add some mayonnaise, some shredded cabbage, the tomato slices, the burger patty, the slice of cheese, the shredded red cabbage, ketchup, and the top half of the burger bun.
