How to Make Pan-Fried Tofu and Broccoli

  1. Grab a small bowl and add the vegetable stock, soy sauce, cognac, chili flakes, sugar, and cornstarch. Mix until smooth/homogenous.
  2. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ginger and garlic. Cook them for 1 minute and take them out of the pan.
  3. Add the diced tofu and cook it for 2-3 minutes. Add/pour the marinade you’ve made earlier on, and cook the tofu for 3-4 more minutes, in order to reduce the sauce.
  4. Separately, heat a saucepan over medium heat, add water and a pinch of salt. Add the broccoli, and cook it for 2 minutes.
  5. Place the tofu on a plate and serve it with the broccoli.

1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 tablespoon ketchup
7 ounces of tofu, cubes
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves
0.25 ounce ginger
1 spring onion, chopped
3 bok choy leaves
½ cup water

How to Make Fried Tofu With Bok Choy

  1. Add the plum sauce in a large bowl. Add sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, canola oil, and ketchup. Mix them well.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the tofu and cook it on all sides until golden.
  3. Add the marinade you’ve made earlier on and cook for 5 minutes, turning it in the process.
  4. Next, heat a few drops of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Crush the garlic and add it to the skillet. Add the ginger (shredded), spring onion, and bok choy leaves.
  6. Pour water in the pan and cover it with a lid. Let it simmer for the next 15 minutes.
  7. Place the cooked bok choy in a bowl, top it with the fried tofu, and serve!

How to Make Shrimp and Veggie Tortilla Wrap

  1. Dice the red and yellow bell pepper, and the mushrooms.
  2. Slice the carrot, chili, and garlic.
  3. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet.
  5. Throw in it the garlic and the carrot slices, stir, and cook them for 1 minute.
  6. Add the yellow and red bell pepper. Mix.
  7. Add the mushrooms and the shrimp.
  8. Cook until the shrimp turn opaque white.
  9. Add the cherry tomatoes and the chili flakes.
  10. Cook until the shrimp turn pink and the veggies soften a little. Set aside.
  11. Put the red and white cabbage, broccoli, and yogurt in a bowl. Mix to make a salad.

1 bread loaf, oval-shaped

How to Make Meatball Stuffed Bread Loaf

  1. Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F/180 degrees C.
  2. Add the minced meat in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried oregano.
  3. Add the egg and breadcrumbs.
  4. Add the parmesan.
  5. Mix everything and shape the meatballs using your hands. Make about 6-8 meatballs.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the meatballs on all sides until brown. When ready, set them aside.
  7. Put the tomato paste in other skillet, on medium heat.
  8. Add salt and pepper. If you want a thinner sauce, you can add 2-3 tablespoons of water. Simmer for about 5-7 more minutes, then set it aside.
  9. Cut the top crust of the bread and scoop out the inside.
  10. Pour the tomato sauce into the bread loaf, lay the meatballs, then top everything with shredded mozzarella.
  11. Lay a baking tray with a parchment paper sheet and place the stuffed loaf on it.
  12. Transfer the bread loaf to the oven and bake it for 20 minutes.
  13. When ready, let it cool down a little, then serve!

How to Make Strawberry Jam French Toast

  1. Put the eggs, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a bowl and whisk them together.
  2. Add the milk and whisk.
  3. Add a good splash of vegetable oil in a skillet and heat it.
  4. Soak the crustless bread slices in the egg mixture, one by one.
  5. Fry the bread slices on both sides in vegetable oil until they start to brown on the edges.
  6. In a separate skillet or saucepan add the thawed strawberries and cook them until they start to slightly boil.
  7. Add the white sugar and the orange blossom water, mash some strawberries but keep some of them whole. Cook a few more minutes until you get a jam.
  8. Cut each French toast into halves.

1 pound turkey breast

coriander powder

4 ounces of mascarpone
2 tablespoons of fresh dill, chopped

3 teaspoons of pesto sauce

How to Make Mascarpone and Cranberry Stuffed Turkey Roll

  1. Preheat the oven to 380 degrees F/190 degrees C.
  2. Place the turkey breast on your working space and butterfly the meat using a knife. Cover the turkey breast with a piece of plastic wrap and tenderize it with a meat mallet until the meat is of uniform thickness (about 0.5-inch/1.3 cm). Remove the plastic wrap.
  3. Season the meat with salt, coriander, and paprika powder.
  4. Spread the mascarpone cheese over the turkey.
  5. Sprinkle the fresh chopped dill, add the dried cranberries and chives.
  6. Roll the turkey breast.
  7. Soak a piece of kitchen-safe string. You’ll use it to tie the turkey roll.
  8. How to tie the turkey roll:
  9. Place the end of the string underneath the meat. Make a tight double knot. Make a loop around your left hand, fingers up. Now turn your hand, so your fingers face the meat. Let the loop fall onto the meat and remove your hand. There’s a loose knot where the twine crosses. Lift up the meat and pull the loop around it. Tighten the loop around the meat. Repeat this until you reach the end of the meat. At the end, make a double tight knot around the last loop and cut off the excess twine.
  10. Lay a baking tray with parchment paper.
  11. Place the meat roll in the tray and drizzle olive oil on the roll.
  12. Sprinkle some more salt and transfer to the oven. Roast for 50 minutes.
  13. Take the tray out from the oven and let the meat rest for 15 minutes before slicing it. Remove the kitchen string.
  14. Slice the turkey roll and serve it warm, with pesto sauce.

  1. Place the minced meat in a bowl and season it with salt and pepper.

Pinch off a piece of the meat mixture and gently roll it between your hands to form a small meatball, around 1-2 inch (2,5 cm – 4 cm) in diameter. Continue until you’ve used all of the meat.
