1 shimeji mushroom
1 champignon mushroom
1 brown champignon mushroom
5 chanterelle mushrooms
1 wood ear mushroom
1 garlic
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
4 ounces of boneless turkey thigh
⅓ cup white wine
¼ cup soy sauce

How to Make Soy Sauce Glazed Turkey and Mushrooms

  1. Chop the Shimeji and wood ear mushrooms.
  2. Slice the Champignon and Chanterelle mushrooms.
  3. Dice the garlic clove.
  4. Cut the boneless turkey thigh in medium chunks.
  5. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet.
  6. Throw in the garlic and the turkey, and cook it on each side.
  7. Add the white wine, the Champignon and wood ear mushrooms and cook them. If you want, add more wine.
  8. After the Champignon and wood ear mushrooms start to soften. Add the Shimeji and Chanterelle.
  9. Pour the soy sauce and cook the mushrooms gently for another 3-5 minutes, until they are tender.
  10. Serve warm.

1 tablespoon red peppercorns
1 teaspoon indonesian soy sauce, you can use regular one also

How to Make Prosciutto-Wrapped Pork With Asparagus and Mushrooms

  1. Preheat the oven to 360°F/180°C.
  2. Heat a skillet, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and begin frying the pork.
  3. Fry it until the juices are properly sealed and the meat turns golden.
  4. When ready, wrap it in prosciutto, drizzle some olive oil and add it in a baking tray.
  5. Leave the meat in the oven for the next 10 minutes.
  6. Slice the cherry tomatoes and the mushrooms.
  7. Remove the heads of the asparagus.
  8. Add butter in a skillet, and begin frying the asparagus. Fry it for about 1-2 minutes.
  9. Heat another skillet, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and add garam masala and red peppercorns.
  10. Stir and add mushrooms. Season with soy sauce, and throw in cherry tomatoes and asparagus.
  11. Cook them for about 1 minute and turn off the heat.
