How to Make Sausage and Caramelized Onion Wraps

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, salt, and brown sugar. Cook it for 1 minute. Add the beans, chili, and jalapeno.
  3. Cook them for another 2 minutes, until the onion softens and caramelizes.
  4. Take them out of the pan, and leave the fat inside. Add the sausage, and cook it for 2 minutes.
  5. Place the tortilla wraps on your working surface. Top with half of the following ingredients: tomato slices, cucumber and arugula. Add a bit of salt. Add half of the caramelized onion and sausage, and drizzle with yogurt.

  1. First place the onion on your wooden board and chop it.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat, and add the onion. Add the brown sugar and cook it until it onion softens and caramelizes.

How to Make Potato and Spring Onion Gratin

  1. Start with the bechamel sauce.
  2. Heat a saucepan over medium-low heat and start melting the butter. Add the flour and stir until smooth.
  3. Cook the mixture on medium heat for about 6-7 minutes, until it has a light, golden color.
  4. Separately, heat the milk in a pan, until just about to boil. Slowly pour the hot milk into the butter mixture, whisking continuously until the mixture is very smooth, with no lumps.
