6 ounces of chicken breast
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
salt

⅔ cup heavy cream
¼ lime
1 tablespoon mint syrup
6 mint leaves
1 cheddar slice

1 mozzarella slice
1 halloumi cheese slice

How to Make Cheesy Chicken Breast With Mint Sauce

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C.
  2. Fry the bacon slice until golden and crispy.
  3. Grill the halloumi cheese, turning occasionally, for 3 to 4 minutes, until grill marks appear.
  4. Make superficial cuts on the chicken breast. They should be about 0.5 inch (1.25 cm) deep.
  5. Heat a skillet and add the vegetable oil. Start cooking the meat and season it with salt and pepper. Cook it for about 5 minutes per side.
  6. Remove the chicken, and in the remaining fat pour the heavy cream. Bring to a boil. Shred some lime zest, add the syrup and some fresh mint. Reduce the heat and give it a good stir. The sauce needs to be nice and smooth. Season it with salt and pepper.
  7. Place the chicken on a baking tray. Fill its empty pockets with bacon and all types of cheese.
  8. Bake it in the oven for the next 10 minutes.
  9. Serve it with a nice drizzle of mint sauce!

4 ounces of low moisture mozzarella, sliced
4 tablespoons of yogurt

How to Make Cheesy Chicken and Potato Bake

  1. Preheat the oven to 360°F/180°C.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and evenly spread the frozen potatoes. Sprinkle a bit of salt over them.
  3. Roast them for the next 20 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the garlic slices and stir.
  6. Add the chicken cubes, season with salt and pepper, and cook them for 15 minutes, stirring often, until the chicken pieces turn golden.
  7. Add the chopped spring onion and cook it for 2-3 more minutes.
  8. Take the potatoes out of the oven and transfer them in a ceramic baking tray. Don’t turn off the heat.
  9. Top the potatoes with half of the Cheddar and mozzarella. Next, evenly spread the chicken on top of the cheese. Spread the yogurt over the chicken.

How to Make Chicken Pot Pie

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken and cook it until golden, about 15 minutes, stirring.
  3. Add the bacon, bell peppers, and chili. Cook for 2 more minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. Add the spring onion and heavy cream.
  5. Stir, and cook for 1-2 more minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 360°F/180°C.
  7. Transfer the chicken and veggie mixture in a round ceramic baking dish, approximately 4-6 inches (10-15 cm) in diameter.
  8. Add the gorgonzola cubes on top.

2 ounces of butter
4 bacon
1 cauliflower
1 cup heavy cream
bechamel sauce

How to Make Cheesy Cauliflower Casserole

  1. You can start with the Bechamel sauce.
  2. Heat a saucepan over medium-low heat and start melting the butter. Add the flour and stir until smooth.
  3. Cook the mixture on medium heat for about 6-7 minutes, until it has a light, golden color.
  4. Separately, heat the milk in a separate pan, until just about to boil. Slowly add the hot milk in the butter mixture, whisking continuously until very smooth.

How to Make Crispy Baked Avocado Fries

  1. Preheat the oven to 360°F/180°C.
  2. Add the avocado slices in a large bowl, season them with salt, pepper and chili flakes. Add half of your lemon juice. Mix.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium high heat and cook the bacon until it becomes crispy. Add it in a blender along with panko crumbs. Blend until for a few seconds until the mixture resembles fine crumbs.
  4. Crack the eggs in a bowl and whisk them.
  5. Coat the avocado slices with flour, whisked egg, and panko mixture. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and add the avocado. Bake it for 15 minutes.
