4 bread buns
2 tablespoons of butter
4 ounces of lettuce
2 pickles, sliced
2 tablespoons of chili sauce

How to Make Hot and Spicy Lamb Sandwiches

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over low heat and add the onion. Cook and stir until tender.
  2. Add the ginger and curry paste. Stir them in. Add the lamb and turn the heat to medium-high. Cook and stir for 1 minute.
  3. Add the garlic powder, five-spice powder, season with salt and pepper. Cook and stir until the lamb meat is browned.
  4. Add the sweet corn and spring onion. Cook and stir for 1 more minute.
  5. Horizontally cut the buns in half. Spread butter on each one’s lower half. Add lettuce, sliced pickles, and some of the cooked lamb mixture. Top with hot chili sauce and broccoli sprouts.

7 ounces of pork tenderloin
1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
vegetable oil
2 tablespoons of ketchup
1 lettuce leaf (halved)
1 medium tomato, sliced into 4
1 fresh chili, sliced
1 small radish, sliced
1 ounce pickles

How to Make Pork Tenderloin and Potato Sandwiches

  1. Place the potato slices into a baking dish and season them with salt, pepper, and dried oregano. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 25 minutes at 360⁰F/180⁰C.
  2. Place the pork tenderloin on the work surface. Cut it lengthwise in half. Season both sides with salt, pepper and Cajun seasoning. Rub in.
  3. Heat 1/3 cup of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the seasoned tenderloin halves into the skillet. Fry them for 4 – 6 minutes each side.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon ketchup on a potato slice. Place 1 lettuce leaf half, add 1 tenderloin piece, 2 tomato slices, 3 – 4 chili slices, 2 – 3 radish slices, and 1/2 an ounce pickles. Top with another potato slice. Do the same for the remaining ingredients.
