¼ cup yogurt

1 onion
½ red bell pepper
¼ cup grated parmesan

How to Make Spinach Omelet With Buttered Sweet Corn

  1. Melt the butter in a skillet.
  2. Add the sweet corn and let it soak in the butter for 2 minutes. Remove the sweet corn on an oval-shaped plate.
  3. Squeeze the excess water from the thawed spinach. Put the spinach in a bowl, add salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  4. Crush the garlic and add it to the spinach.
  5. Add the yogurt and the eggs and mix all the ingredients.
  6. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet.
  7. Dice the onion and cook it until translucent.
  8. Add the spinach mixture and mix it with the onion.
  9. Fry the spinach omelet on both sides.
  10. When cooked, roll the spinach omelet and place it over the sweet corn.

How to Make Salami and Pasta Omelet

  1. Grab a scissor and cut the tagliatelle into small cuts. Add them in a saucepan full of simmering water and boil them according to the instructions on the package.
