How to Make Chicken Curry With Green Beans

  1. Remove the edges of the green beans pods. Cut the green beans in about 1.5-inch (4 cm) pieces.
  2. Use the bottom of the lemongrass stalk. Cut it in thin strips.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet.
  4. Add the panang curry, the lemongrass, and the chicken strips.
  5. Cook them together until the chicken turns white.
  6. Season with salt.
  7. Add the green beans and mix.
  8. Pour in the skillet the coconut milk and let it simmer.
  9. Serve the chicken curry, if you like, with a rice side and a fresh salad.

  1. Superficially score the chicken drumsticks.
  2. Place them on a wooden board and season them with salt, pepper, olive oil, oregano, and cinnamon.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  1. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and place on it the bell peppers, whole garlic cloves, sliced onion, tomatoes, and jalapenos.
  2. Bake for 25 minutes at 360ºF/180ºC.
