1 cup strawberry pudding mix pudding mix
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup milk
6 ounces of whipped cream
7 ladyfingers
1 banana, sliced

How to Make Strawberry Pudding With Ladyfinger Crumbs

  1. Add the strawberry pudding mix, vanilla extract, and milk in a bowl and mix them. Add the whipped cream and mix again. Freeze for 2 hours.
  2. Blend the ladyfingers into crumbs.
  3. Use two glasses with a stem to layer the puddings.
  4. For the first one, layer some banana slices, 1 tablespoon of strawberry topping, 2 tablespoons of ladyfinger crumbs, and strawberry-milk mixture. Top with a cookie or two, of your preference.
  5. For the second pudding, layer two tablespoons ladyfinger crumbs, more strawberry-milk mixture, the rest of the banana slices, and, finally, the half a tablespoon strawberry topping.

3 avocados
1 cup sugar
lime zest
5 cups of heavy cream

How to Make No-Bake Avocado Cheesecake

  1. For the crumb mixture:
    Add the biscuit crumbs, sugar, melted butter, and some salt in a bowl and mix them.
  2. Add it to a baking dish and make it even using a spatula. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. For the avocado cream:
    Cut, remove the pit, and peel the avocado.
  4. Mash the avocado in a bowl. Add the sugar, lime zest, heavy cream, cream cheese, and lemon juice. Mix them.
  5. Add the avocado cream over the crumb mixture. Make it even using a spatula and refrigerate for 2 hours.

5 bread slices
4 ounces of cream cheese
1 medium-sized cucumber, sliced
8 ounces of salmon, cut into small-medium pieces
fresh basil leaves for garnish

  1. Cut the bread slices into a round shape using a round cookie cutter.
  2. Spread approximately 1 teaspoon cream cheese on 4 of the 5 round slices. Also add 3-4 slices of cucumber and some salmon, too. Stack them one over the other and place them on top the 5th slice.
