Ingredients Needed for Apple and Pumpkin Galette


For the crust:

1 ½ cups of flour
2 tablespoons of sugar
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons of butter
½ cup water

For the filling:

1 teaspoon olive oil
7 ounces of pumpkin
3 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 teaspoon cardamom
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 apples, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon rum
2 tablespoons of melted butter, for topping
2 tablespoons of brown sugar, for topping

How to Make Apple and Pumpkin Galette

  1. Add the flour in your food processor. Add the sugar, salt, and start mixing.
  2. Add the butter and pour the water. Keep mixing with the food processor until you obtain a smooth dough.
  3. Wrap the dough in foil and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Add the pumpkin in a baking tray and pour a small drizzle of olive oil. Slide the tray into the oven and cook the pumpkin for 20 minutes at 380 degrees F/190 degrees C.
  5. Next, grab a large bowl and start adding the flour, sugar, brown sugar, cardamom, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  6. Add the apple slices, roasted squash and mix well.
  7. Next, dust your working space with flour, grab the dough and level it with a rolling pin.
  8. Roll out the dough to about a 12 inches (30 cm) diameter and transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet. Spread the apple and pumpkin in the center, leaving a 2 inches (5 cm) border around.
  9. Gather and fold the dough up around the sides to secure the filling.
  10. You can spread some melted butter on the sides and sprinkle some powdered sugar.

1 ½ pounds of clams
0.5 melon, cubed
3 cups of chicken stock

For the crispy onion:

vegetable oil
1 small-sized red onion
1 egg, lightly beaten
½ cup flour
salt

How to Make Melon and Clam Soup With Crispy Onion

  1. For the crispy onion:
    Whisk the egg, flour, and some salt into a smaller bowl. Cover the chopped onion with this batter. Heat some vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the onion until golden brown, then drain on paper towels.
  2. Add the sesame oil, clams, melon, and chicken stock to a cooking pot over medium heat. Boil for 12 minutes. Stir from time to time, too.
  3. Add the crispy onion and the spring onion. Stir a little. Serve immediately.

11 ounces of oreos
½ cup walnuts, crushed
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 ounces of butter, melted
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup crème fraîche
5 ounces of dark chocolate

How to Make Oreo and Chocolate Cream Dessert

  1. Add the Oreos in a blender and blend them until smooth. Add them to a large bowl.
  2. Add the walnuts, powdered sugar, baking powder, melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix with a spatula to combine the ingredients.
  4. Line a round cake tin (approximately 10 inches in diameter) with parchment paper.
  5. Add the Oreo mixture in the tin and evenly spread it on the bottom.
  6. Slide the tray into the oven for the next 25 minutes at 330 degrees F/165 degrees C.
  7. In the meantime, heat a saucepan over medium heat and add the creme fraiche. Heat it until it is just a bit warm.
  8. Add the dark chocolate and mix with a spatula in order for it to melt. Mix until you obtain a smooth chocolate cream.
  9. Use the chocolate cream to top the Oreo crumb.
  10. You can also serve it in a glass, making layers of Oreo crumb and chocolate cream.

1 small zucchini, cubed
2 tablespoons of lime juice

How to Make Broccoli and Zucchini Soup

  1. Heat the olive oil in a stainless steel cooking pot.
  2. Add the garlic, ginger, coriander seeds, and turmeric. Stir and cook them for 20 seconds.
  3. Pour in the vegetable stock and bring it to a boil.
  4. When the stock starts boiling, add the broccoli florets, zucchini, and lime juice. Reduce the heat, cover with a lid and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
  5. When the vegetables are cooked through, pour everything into a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.

10 ounces of cake mix
3 eggs
¼ cup vegetable oil

7 ounces of toffees
1 cup unsweetened condensed milk
2 ounces of chocolate chips

How to Make Gooey Chewy Brownies

  1. Add the cake mix in a large bowl.
  2. Add the eggs, vegetable oil, and milk. Whisk with a fork and set up your mixer. Mix until smooth.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F/175 degrees C.
  4. Pour 3/4 of the mixture in squared baking dish, around 8X8 inches, lined with parchment paper.
  5. Slide the tray into the oven for the next 35 minutes.
  6. In the meantime, heat a saucepan over low heat, and add the toffees and condensed milk.
  7. Bring to a boil and melt the toffees completely, mixing them with the milk. Take the pan away from the heat when smooth and creamy.
  8. Take the brownie out of the oven and pour the liquid mixture over it. Top it with the chocolate chips and the remaining brownie mixture.
  9. Slide the tray into the oven for the next 30 minutes at 350 degrees F/175 degrees C.

5 egg whites
5 tablespoons of sugar
4 egg yolks
5 tablespoons of vegetable oil
9 tablespoons of flour
3 tablespoons of buttercream icing
red marzipan

How to Make Bloody Brain

  1. Add the egg whites in a large bowl. Mix them for a couple of minutes or until they become frothy.
  2. Add the sugar and continue to mix until you obtain stiff peaks.
  3. Add the egg yolks and vegetable oil and mix until you obtain a smooth mixture.
  4. Start adding the flour, a tablespoon at a time and mix.
  5. Add parchment paper inside an oval baking dish and pour the mixture inside.
  6. Slide the dish into the oven for the next 25 minutes at 360 degrees F/180 degrees C.
  7. After the cake is cooled, spread the buttercream on top of it.
  8. Roll the marzipan until long and about finger-thick.
  9. Lay the marzipan over the cake, shaping it like a human brain.
