How to Make Spaghetti With Pine Nuts and Tomato Sauce

Preparing the spaghetti:
    Cooking the whole thing:
    1. Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan over low heat, add the onion, and cook it until tender. Peel and chop the tomato and add it to the saucepan. Stir a little then add the garlic. Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes.
    2. Add the tomato sauce and dried basil. Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes, then add the white wine. In the meantime, grind the peppercorns using a mortar and pestle, and add them to the saucepan. Add the parmesan, cook and stir a little, then add the cooked spaghetti, arugula, and cherry tomatoes. Cook and stir for 2-3 minutes.
