How to Make Bacon and Scrambled Egg Puff Pastry Rolls

  1. Preheat the oven to 380 degrees F/190 degrees C.
  2. Flour your countertop and place the puff pastry on it
  3. Roll it out into a thin sheet, using a rolling pin.
  4. Place the bacon slices on the puff pastry sheet, side by side.
  5. Cut off the puff pastry edges.
  6. Put a skillet on the stove, on low heat. Add 1/2 teaspoon of vegetable oil and then add 3 eggs. Stir slowly using a wooden spoon or spatula, bringing in all the mixture from the edges of the pan. Your eggs are ready when they look silky and slightly runny.
  7. Remove them from the skillet and spread the scrambled eggs over the puff pastry sheet.
  8. Sprinkle some thyme, then add a layer of shredded mozzarella.
  9. Roll the sheet from one edge to another, then cut the roll into 6 slices.
  10. Grease a 6-cup muffin tray with some vegetable oil.
  11. Place each roll into one muffin cup.
  12. Make some egg wash by whisking the remaining egg with the milk.
  13. Spread egg wash on the roll.
  14. Bake for 30 minutes.

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F/220 degrees C.

  1. Put the butter into a small bowl and microwave it for 10-15 seconds.
  2. Remove the rosemary leaves from the sprig.
  3. Mix the rosemary leaves with the butter.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry sheet.
  5. Spread the butter and rosemary mixture over the puff pastry sheet, using a silicone brush.
  6. Add the shredded Cheddar cheese on one-half of the puff pastry sheet.
  7. Fold the puff pastry sheet and press it with your hands.

  1. Preheat the oven to 340 degrees F/170 degrees C.
  2. Place the pork tenderloin on a wooden board.
  3. Season it with salt on all sides.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the pork and cook it for 5-6 minutes, turning it from time to time. Set it aside.
  5. Mix the mustard with honey.

  1. Dust your working space with flour and roll out the shortcrust pastry using a rolling pin. Split in 2 sheets. This won’t be necessary if you have used regular pastry.
  2. Preheat the oven to 360°F/180°C.
  3. Grab one of the pastry sheets and evenly spread pesto sauce over it. Place 4 prosciutto slices over it. Top with 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella. Start from the end closest to you and roll towards the opposite end.
  4. Slice it into smaller rolls, around 1.2-inches (3 cm) thick.
  5. Grab the second half of the pastry, and evenly spread tomato paste over it. Top it with the remaining prosciutto and mozzarella. Start from the end closest to you and roll towards the opposite end. Slice it just as you’ve did with the first one.
  6. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the pastry rolls over it.
  7. Whisk the egg with milk and make some egg wash.
  8. Top the rolls with egg wash.

How to Make Puff Pastry, Sausage and Egg Casserole

  1. Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F/180 degrees C.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet.
  3. Cook the bacon and set it aside.
  4. In the remaining oil, add the flour and stir. Add the chicken stock and cook, mixing constantly, until you get a thick paste. Fold the puff pastry sheet to make a thicker one, press down on it with your hands, and then cut it into 1.5-2 inches (4-5 cm) strips. Twist each strip with your fingers.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a wok and deep fry the puff pastry twists until golden.
  6. You should make 20-15 twists.
  7. Put the pastry on the bottom of a ceramic baking dish.
  8. Cut the sausages into 1.2-inch (3 cm) pieces and throw them over the twists.
  9. Sprinkle the fried bacon over them.
  10. Pour the white sauce on top of the casserole.

How to Make Lamb Shanks With Puff Pastry Ravioli and Tomato Sauce

  1. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the lamb shanks and fry them on both sides until they have that golden-brown crust.
  2. Pour the chicken stock, reduce the heat and cover the pan with a lid. Cook the lamb for 45 minutes, until the stock reduces by half and the meat is tender.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the tomato sauce, dried basil, sugar, and grenadine syrup.
  4. Stir, and cook the sauce for 3-4 minutes.
  5. In order to make the ravioli, spread some flour on your working surface, and add the puff pastry. Split it into 5 long and thin strips.
  6. Mix the cream cheese with parsley. Spread the mixture over the pastry strips.
  7. Grab the left side of one of the strips and press it towards the opposite end. Do the same for the remaining puff pastry.
  8. Use a crinkle cutter and cut the strips into 0.4 inch (1 cm) thick small pastries, with the aspect of ravioli.

How to Make Puff Pastry and Nutella Christmas Tree

  1. Preheat the oven to 360°F/180°C.
  2. Place the pastry on a wooden board. Start from the middle of the pastry and slice all the way down. Put the pastry halves one on top of the other.
  3. Gently slice with a knife and shape the pastry into a triangular Christmas tree with a wide base. At the base of the tree, carefully cut away two strips either side to form the base of the tree trunk. Remove excess pastry.
  4. Evenly spread the Nutella between the 2 pastry sheets. Score 2 lines down the middle of the triangle to form a tree trunk. It should be narrower at the top and get wider towards the base. Using the trunk as a guide, cut branches into the sides of the triangle.
  5. Now carefully twist all of the branches. Crack the egg and whisk it. Spread it over the Christmas tree.
  6. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place the Christmas tree and slide it in the oven for the next 25 minutes.

2 ounces of fresh yeast
⅔ cup warm water
⅔ cup olive oil
1 ½ pounds of flour
2 tablespoons of paprika powder
2 tablespoons of oregano
1 tablespoon mixed spices
1 tablespoon himalayan salt

How to Make Spicy Pastry Twists

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F/175 degrees C.
  2. Put the fresh yeast in a bowl and add the warm water. Stir it with a fork.
  3. Take another bowl and add the flour. Slowly add the yeast mixture while gently stirring the flour. Knead the dough until it has a sticky texture.
  4. Spread some flour on your working surface and add the dough in the middle of it. Knead the dough until firm, smooth, and elastic, for about 5 minutes.
  5. Take a rolling pin and roll out the dough, periodically lifting and turning it. Make it 0.1-inch (2-3 mm) thick.
  6. Use a rolling pin to evenly flatten sheet into a 12-14 inch (30-35 cm) disk.
  7. Sprinkle paprika powder, oregano, spice mix, and Himalayan salt over it. Spread the spices all over with your hands.
  8. Cut the dough into 0.6-inch (1.5 cm) strips.
  9. Catch each strip with your hands, holding it by the edges. Twist the edges in opposite directions. Do this until you use all the dough.
  10. Line a baking tray with a parchment paper. Place the twists in it and bake them for 15 minutes.
  11. Serve the twists warm or cold, with or without a dip.

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C.
  2. Cut the mozzarella into 4 sticks. Slice the puff pastry sheet in 4 inch (10 cm) squares.
  3. Top 1 pastry square with 1 mozzarella stick, 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce, and 3 pepperoni slices. Add 1 wooden stick for the pop-like look. Top with another pastry square and press the sides with a fork to secure the mixture.
  4. Repeat the steps until you’ve finished the pastry.
  5. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Crack the egg and whisk it. Add the pastries into the tray and brush them with whisked egg. Top the pastries with oregano and shredded parmesan.
