How to Make Homemade Brownie

  1. Preheat the oven to 340 degrees F/170 degrees C.
  2. Crack the eggs and add them in a large bowl.
  3. Add a pinch of salt and start mixing the eggs. Add the sugar, and mix it for 2-3 minutes.
  4. While mixing add the melted butter, milk, and baking powder. Don’t turn the mixer off just yet, and add the cocoa powder. Mix until smooth.
  5. Add the flour gradually and mix it into the wet mixture.
  6. Grab a 10 X 5 inches (25 X 13 cm) glass baking dish and line it with parchment paper.
  7. Pour the mixture in the baking dish. Slide it into the oven for the next 35 minutes.

Ingredients Needed for Homemade Snickers Bars

For the chocolate biscuit base:
7 ounces of chocolate crackers
¼ cup melted butter
For the milk chocolate layer:
water
7 ounces of milk chocolate
For the white chocolate layer:
2 ounces of butter
1 cup condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
7 ounces of white chocolate
1 cup peanuts
For the caramel layer:
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon golden syrup
1 teaspoon water
2 ounces of butter
1 teaspoon salt
For the top chocolate layer:
4 ounces of milk chocolate
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
water

How to Make Homemade Snickers Bars

  1. For the chocolate cracker base: add the chocolate crackers to the blender together with the melted butter and crush them.
  2. Lay a baking dish with parchment paper and evenly spread the cracker mixture.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. For the milk chocolate layer: melt the chocolate using the bain-marie method. Split it into squares and add it to a heatproof bowl set above a cooking pot of simmering water. Stir the chocolate as it melts.
  5. Add the melted chocolate to the baking dish on top of the chocolate cracker mixture and spread it evenly.
  6. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
  7. For the white chocolate layer: place a cooking pot over low heat and, using a spatula, stir and melt the butter.
  8. Keep stirring while adding the condensed milk and the vanilla extract. Bring it to a boil and remove from heat.
  9. Split the white chocolate into squares and add it to the hot condensed milk. Stir until the chocolate melts completely.
  10. Add the peanuts and mix well. Pour the white chocolate mixture into the baking dish on top of the milk chocolate layer. Spread it evenly.
  11. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
  12. For the caramel layer: place a cooking pot over low heat and add the sugar, golden syrup, and a teaspoon of water.
  13. Caramelize the sugar in cooking and stirring until the mixture turns brown. When it starts to boil add the butter and stir. Add a bit of salt, too, stir and remove from heat.
  14. Pour this mixture into the baking dish on top of the white chocolate layer. Spread it evenly.
  15. Cool it for 30 minutes.
  16. For the top chocolate layer: melt the chocolate using the bain-marie method. As you stir add the vegetable oil.
  17. Pour this final layer on top of the caramel layer. Spread it evenly.
  18. Refrigerate the cake for 60 minutes before serving.

How to Make Homemade Tiramisu

  1. First crack the eggs and separate the yolks from the egg whites.
  2. Place the egg yolks in a large bowl. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla powder. Mix until smooth and creamy. Add half of the rum essence.
  3. Add the mascarpone and mix it into the egg yolk mixture.
  4. Place the egg whites in a large bowl. Set up your mixer at high speed and mix them until stiff peaks appear.
  5. Place the whipped cream over the first mixture and mix it until smooth.
  6. Mix the coffee, rum essence, and cognac in a large bowl.
  7. Soak half of the ladyfingers in the mixture and place them on the bottom of an oven tray, covering it entirely.
  8. Evenly spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  9. Next repeat the steps. Add 1 more layer using the remaining mascarpone mixture and ladyfingers.
  10. Refrigerate it overnight and serve it the day after.

2 cheeses slices

How to Make Homemade Buns

  1. Pour the warm water in a large bowl.
  2. Add the sugar, active dry yeast, and stir until they dissolve into the water.
  3. Keep stirring, and add the milk and 2 eggs, and incorporate them into the mixture.
  4. Add a pinch of salt and 1 cup of flour, and keep stirring until the mixture thickens.
  5. Use your hands to knead the dough until you get a smooth and elastic dough.
  6. Cover the bowl with a towel and let it rise for 30 minutes.
  7. Pour the melted butter over the dough.
  8. Spread flour on your working surface and knead the dough for 3-4 minutes, to incorporate the butter.
  9. Place it in the bowl once again, cover it with a towel and let it rise for another 20 minutes.
  10. Preheat the oven to 380°F/190°C.
  11. Grab the dough, place it on your working surface and divide it into approximately 16 round balls, around 3 inches (7.5 cm) in diameter.
  12. Superficially score the buns on top.
  13. Crack the remaining egg, whisk it, and spread it over the buns.
  14. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the buns over it.
  15. Slide the tray into the oven for the next 45 minutes.
  16. After they’re ready, you can use the buns to make all kinds of sandwiches.
  17. If you’re lacking inspiration, you can try the following recipe:

  1. Add the warm water and the dry yeast in a large bowl. Mix with a spatula until it dissolves into the water.
  2. Add 1 cup flour, and keep whisking until it’s incorporated into the wet mixture. By now, the mixture should have a milky consistency. Cover the bowl with a towel and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Add the remaining flour and stir with a spatula to incorporate it into the mixture. You should get a sticky dough.
  4. Knead it for 4-5 minutes, until firm, smooth, and elastic.
  5. Again, move it in the bowl, cover it with a towel and let it rise for 20 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 440°F/220°C.
  7. Take out the dough and divide it in 2 equal parts.
  8. Grab each part and level it with a rolling pin until they’re 12 inches (30 cm) long, and 3 inches (7.5 cm) wide.
  9. Start rolling them from one of the ends, until you’ve reached the opposite end.

  5. Spread some flour on your working surface and divide the dough into 8 dough balls, around 2 inches (5 cm) in diameter.
  6. Cover the balls with a towel and let them rise for 20 minutes.
  7. Grab each ball and flatten it with a rolling pin.
  8. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a drop of olive oil. Heat it and evenly spread it into the skillet.
  9. Add the dough and cook it for 2-3 minutes per side, until it is dry, and lightly golden on the sides.
