1 teaspoon mixed spice

2 pounds of ready-made dough

How to Make Monkey Bread and Ground Beef Casserole

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F / 175 degrees C.
  2. Heat the oil in a cast-iron skillet. Add the ground beef and cook it for 5-6 minutes or until it loses its pink color. Add dried oregano, mixed spice and chili flakes. Stir and add parsley as well.
  3. Continue cooking – using a spatula, break the ground beef into smaller pieces and stir to make sure the meat is browning evenly. Cook for about 10 minutes.
  4. Combine the eggs, milk, mustard in a big bowl. Stir and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Take the dough and start forming small balls. After giving shape, soak them in the egg and milk mixture.
  6. Start to assemble the bundt cake, by layering the ingredients as follows: dough balls, ground beef, Cheddar cheese, dough ball again, ground beef, mozzarella and dough balls. Grease the top of the bundt cake with the egg and milk mixture.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes.

How to Make Macaroni and Ground Beef Casserole

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F/180 degrees C.
  2. Grate the onion.
  3. Put water in a saucepan and add some salt. Bring it to a boil and cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the package.
  4. Meanwhile, heat the vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the grated onion.
  5. Add the paprika powder and the ground beef. Cook them together.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Dice the bell peppers and add them to the ground beef mixture.
  8. Add the tomato paste. Combine all the ingredients and simmer.
  9. Add the cooked macaroni and mix them with the beef.
  10. Put the mixture in a ceramic baking dish and top it with grated mozzarella.
