6 croissants
¼ cup mustard
6 hams slices
6 ounces of low moisture mozzarella, shredded
1 teaspoon butter
⅔ cup heavy cream
nutmeg
How to Make Ham and Mozzarella Croissant Pudding
- Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F/180 degrees C.
- Halve the croissants lengthwise.
- Make croissant sandwiches: spread mustard on the bottom half of each one, then add one slice of ham, some shredded mozzarella, then top the sandwiches with the other half of each croissant.
- Grease a ceramic pie pan with butter, then place all of the croissants in it.
- Spread the heavy cream on them.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella and grate some nutmeg over them.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
