1 green chili
½ avocado
½ lime
5 ounces of noodle
7 ounces of red tuna
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
1 tablespoon black sesame seeds

How to Make Tuna Poke With Noodles and Avocado
- Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Drain and set it aside to cool.
- Chop the spring onion, parsley, and thinly slice the green chili. Shred the avocado.
- Add everything in a bowl and squeeze the lime. Add the noodles, season with salt, and mix everything.
- Cube the red tuna, and add it in a separate bowl. Add the dark soy sauce, rice vinegar, black and white sesame seeds, and season with salt. Mix everything. Place the raw fish salad over the bowl with noodles and avocado.
