    Slice the red chili pepper and add it to a tall mixer glass. Also, add some salt and the olive oil and blend them using a hand mixer. Set aside.
  2. For the baby spinach mix:
    Add 1 handful of baby spinach, some salt, and the olive oil into a tall mixer glass and blend them using a hand mixer. Set aside.
  3. Whisk together the red chili pepper mixture with the whisked eggs. Add some salt and pepper, then set aside.
