1 cup flour
2 eggs
salt
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
⅔ cup milk
6 ounces of bacon
1 cup shredded mozzarella

How to Make Bacon and Mozzarella Crepes

  1. Put the flour in a bowl.
  2. Add the eggs, sprinkle some salt, add one tablespoon of vegetable oil and the milk.
  3. Make a batter using a mixer.
  4. In a skillet heat the remaining vegetable oil.
  5. Chop the bacon and fry it.
  6. Grease with a drop of vegetable oil another skillet.
  7. Put on the bottom some crispy bacon.
  8. With a ladle, pour some batter over the bacon.
  9. Cook it about 30 seconds or until it becomes golden on the bottom. Then, flip it and cook for 30 more seconds.
  10. With this quantity of batter, you’ll make about 6 pancakes. Take care to divide the bacon in equal quantities!
  11. Fill each pancake with shredded mozzarella, then fold it.
  12. Bake them in the oven for about 2-3 minutes to 350 degrees F/180 degrees C.

How to Make Caramelized Apple Crepes With Ice Cream

  1. Sift the flour in a small bowl.
  2. Add a pinch of salt, the eggs, and milk.
  3. Use a vertical mixer or a whisk to blend everything until you get a thin batter.
  4. Heat a few drops of vegetable oil in a skillet and make 4 crepes. Set them aside.
  5. When you finish making the crepes, add the sugar in the same skillet and let it melt, on low heat.
  6. Add the butter, stirring often, until you obtain a brown caramel syrup.
  7. Caramelize 4-6 apple slices into this syrup.
  8. Lay one crepe on a plate, add 2 vanilla ice cream scoops, top with one caramelized apple slice, and the remaining caramel syrup.
  9. Do the same with the remaining crepes.

½ cup orange juice
¼ cup raspberry liqueur
4 oranges slices
powdered sugar

How to Make Crepes in Raspberry Liqueur Sauce

  1. Sift the flour in a small bowl.
  2. Add a pinch of salt, eggs, and milk.
  3. Use a vertical mixer or a whisk to blend everything until you get a thin batter.
  4. Heat a few drops of vegetable oil in a skillet and make 4 crepes. Set them aside.
  5. When you finish making the crepes, put the sugar in the same skillet and let it melt, on low heat.
  6. Add the butter. After it gets foamy, add the orange juice and continuously stir in the pan.
  7. When the sauce is simmering, lay one crepe into the skillet. Let it soak in the sauce, then turn it over.
  8. Fold the crepe edges and set it aside. Continue with the remaining crepes.
  9. At the end, put all the folded crepes in the skillet, and add raspberry liqueur on them.
  10. Let them simmer for 2-3 minutes, then place the crepes on 2 plates.
  11. Garnish with orange slices and powdered sugar.

Ingredients Needed for Apple-Filled Galette

6 ounces of flour
3 ounces of cornmeal
6 ounces of cold butter
8 tablespoons of cold water
3 onions, diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 apples, diced
1 teaspoon fresh thyme
1 teaspoon mustard powder
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 ¼ cups of apple cider
3 ounces of Swiss cheese, grated
1 whisked egg

How to Make Apple-Filled Galette

  1. Add the flour and cornmeal to a bowl and mix them shortly.
  2. Add the cold butter and mix until you have a dough using your hands. Gradually add the cold water in the process. Also, add 1-2 teaspoons of flour.
  3. Shape the dough into a ball and wrap it in plastic. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. Add one tablespoon of butter to a pan over low heat and melt it while stirring.
  5. Add the onion, olive oil, and diced apples. Cook and stir for 10 minutes.
  6. Add the thyme, mustard powder, cayenne pepper, rosemary, and apple cider. Cook and stir until reduced.
  7. Dust your work surface with flour and flatten the dough using the rolling pin.
  8. Top the flattened dough with most of the Swiss cheese, add the cooked apple mixture, then top with the remaining cheese. You can garnish the whole thing with some more thyme.
  9. Fold the dough edges over the apple filling so that it forms a 2-inch wide rim.
  10. Coat the rim with whisked egg, then bake for 30 minutes at 360⁰F/180⁰C.

2 eggs
salt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup milk
12 ounces of flour
4 ounces of feta, crumbled
5 ounces of cottage cheese
4 ounces of sour cream
10 lettuce leaves
1 pound ham, sliced
10 ounces of smoked salmon, thinly sliced

How to Make Cheesy Ham and Salmon Roll-Ups

  1. Add the eggs, some salt, and the vegetable oil to a bowl. Beat them using the hand mixer.
  2. Continue by whisking them and adding the milk in the process.
  3. Keep whisking and gradually add the flour. Mix until you have a smooth dough.
  4. Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium-high heat, then scoop 2-4 tablespoons of batter into the pan using a smaller ladle.
  5. Tilt the pan to cover the entire bottom with batter, then fry for 1-2 minutes on both sides. Do the same for the remaining batter. We’ve got 10 crepes but your number may be different according to the quantity of batter you pour into the pan.
  6. Add the feta, cottage cheese, and sour cream to a bowl. Mix until even.
