For the crust:

1 tablespoon butter
1 puff pastry sheet

For the egg mixture:

2 eggs
salt
pepper
1 cup heavy cream

For the onion mixture:

1 tablespoon butter
1 onion, sliced
salt
pepper
1 tablespoon fresh thyme
½ cup white wine

For the cheese and beet mixture:

1 beetroot, cooked and chopped
3 ounces of goat cheese, crumbled
1 cup walnut, crumbled
fresh parsley for garnishing

How to Make Walnut, Beetroot and Goat Cheese Tart

  1. For the crust:

    Grease a tart pan with the butter. Lay the pastry sheet inside the dish, completely covering the bottom and the sides. Slice and remove the excess pastry. Poke holes into the pastry using a fork.

  2. Line the tart pan with parchment paper and dried beans and bake for 25 minutes at 400⁰F/200⁰C.
  3. For the egg mixture:

    Add the eggs and heavy cream to a smaller bowl, season with salt and pepper and whisk.

  4. For the onion mixture:

    Melt the butter in a skillet over low heat, add the onion and fresh thyme, season with salt and pepper, and cook and stir until golden brown.

  5. Add the white wine and cook and stir until reduced.
  6. Assemble the tart:

    Layer the cooked onion on the baked pastry, place on top of the cooked beet, goat cheese, and walnuts. Garnish with fresh parsley. Pour the egg wash over them, then bake for 20 minutes at 350⁰F/175⁰C.

How to Make Salmon and Feta Pie

  1. Preheat the oven to 340 degrees F/170 degrees C.
  2. Place the fish on your wooden board and slice off its skin.
  3. Add the eggs in a large bowl and pour the heavy cream. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and whisk until smooth.
  4. Grab a round glass baking dish, around 10 inches (25 cm) in diameter. Grease its bottom with butter.

20 asparagus spears

7 ounces of Gruyère cheese, grated

How to Make Asparagus and Cheese Tart

  1. Place the puff pastry sheet on a baking tray on parchment paper. In order to place it smoothly use a rolling pin to unroll the sheet over the tray’s surface.
  2. Mark a rectangle on the sheet by scoring the dough 1 1/2 inch in from the edge. Poke holes in the pastry rectangle, using a fork. Bake for 15 minutes at 400⁰F/200⁰C.
  3. Spread the honey Dijon mustard over the entire area of the dough rectangle. Spread it as evenly as possible.
  4. Place the asparagus spears tidily to cover the entire sheet, season with salt, and add the grated cheese on top. Bake for 25 minutes at 370⁰F/185⁰C.
  5. Serve sprinkled with balsamic glaze.

How to Make Peanut Butter Apple Tart

  1. First, cut the apples into halves and then in thin slices.
  2. Place one of the pastry sheets on your working surface and slice it vertically into strips, around 1 inches (2.5 cm) wide.
  3. Preheat the oven to 340°F/170°C.
  4. Grab a round baking tray, around 12 inches (30 cm) in diameter. Cover it with parchment paper. Lay the remaining pastry sheet in the tray. Press it on the sides, and slice off the excess pastry.
  5. Pinch the surface with a fork. Evenly spread the peanut butter over the dough.
  6. Place the apples in an escargot pattern, starting from the outside and working your way into the center. Add a strip of pastry between each row of apple slices.
  7. Mix the melted butter with cinnamon and spread it over the apples. Sprinkle a bit of brown sugar.
