How to Make Wedges and Scrambled Eggs

  1. Cut the potatoes into wedges.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet and deep fry the wedges until they become golden.
  3. Let the wedges cool.
  4. Cut the bacon in tiny slices.
  5. Slice the red bell pepper.
  6. Heat another skillet and fry the bacon without using vegetable oil.
  7. Add the red bell pepper slices.
  8. Add the wedges and cook them together about 1 minute.
  9. Whisk the eggs and pour them over the wedges and bacon.
  10. Mix them together using a spoon.
  11. Add the Cheddar cheese and the fresh thyme and combine all the ingredients.
  12. Serve the wedges and scrambled eggs with ketchup.

How to Make All-in-One Breakfast Buns

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F/175 degrees C.
  2. Slice the sausage and the hot dog.
  3. Cut the bacon in tiny pieces.
  4. Heat a skillet and fry the sausage, the hot dog, and the bacon without using vegetable oil.
  5. Slice the chili pepper and add it in the skillet.
  6. Add the barbecue sauce.
  7. Crack 2 eggs and add them in the skillet. Combine them quickly with the other ingredients using a spoon.
  8. Cut the top of the buns and remove the soft crumb.
  9. In each bun, put a layer of sausage and bacon mixture, a layer of shredded mozzarella, another layer of sausage and bacon mixture, and another of shredded mozzarella.
  10. Top the buns with the remaining eggs.
  11. Bake them for 10 minutes.

1 cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
1 teaspoon baking powder

2 tablespoons of sprinkles

How to Make White Chocolate Glazed Cake

  1. Preheat the oven to 390 degrees F/200 degrees C.
  2. Put the eggs and sugar in the stand mixer. Mix until the sugar melts and the eggs become foamy.
  3. Meanwhile, sift the flour and put it in a medium bowl, together with vanilla powder and baking powder. Mix everything with a spatula.
  4. Add the flour with a spoon, one by one, to gradually incorporate it into the egg and sugar mixture.
  5. If needed, add 2-3 tablespoons of water to make the batter thinner.
  6. Grease an 8-inch/20 cm round cake tin with olive oil.
  7. Sprinkle some breadcrumbs (about 1 tablespoon) into the tin and coat the bottom and the edges of the pan, then remove the excess.
  8. Pour the batter into the tin and bake the cake for 30 minutes.
  9. Let the cake cool on a rack.
  10. Melt the chocolate in a saucepan, on low heat.
  11. Coat the cake with the melted chocolate.
  12. Decorate with sprinkles and serve!

How to Make Homemade Tiramisu

  1. First crack the eggs and separate the yolks from the egg whites.
  2. Place the egg yolks in a large bowl. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla powder. Mix until smooth and creamy. Add half of the rum essence.
  3. Add the mascarpone and mix it into the egg yolk mixture.
  4. Place the egg whites in a large bowl. Set up your mixer at high speed and mix them until stiff peaks appear.
  5. Place the whipped cream over the first mixture and mix it until smooth.
  6. Mix the coffee, rum essence, and cognac in a large bowl.
  7. Soak half of the ladyfingers in the mixture and place them on the bottom of an oven tray, covering it entirely.
  8. Evenly spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  9. Next repeat the steps. Add 1 more layer using the remaining mascarpone mixture and ladyfingers.
  10. Refrigerate it overnight and serve it the day after.

  4. Lay a baking tray with parchment paper, then place half of your pastry hearts on it.
  5. Add about 1/2 teaspoon of strawberry jam on each one, into the center of each heart, then place one wooden ice cream sticks just in the middle, like they’re lollipops.
  6. Whisk the egg with milk and make some egg wash. Use a silicone brush to spread egg wash on the edges of each heart. Top each jam heart with the remaining pastry hearts.
  7. Stick their edges with a fork and prick the center.
  8. Bake for 35 minutes.
  9. You’ll make about 8-10 strawberry heart pie pops.
  10. If you want, serve them with fresh strawberries and powdered sugar.

How to Make Blueberry Cake

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F/175 degrees C.
  2. Put the butter in your kitchen aid mixing bowl. Add the sugar.
  3. Process until the butter and sugar combine, and the sugar melts.
  4. Add the eggs and the ricotta cheese. Process further.
  5. Add the lemon zest and baking powder.
  6. Gradually add the flour, one spoon at a time, until you make a creamy thick batter. Stop the kitchen aid.
  7. Add the blueberries and mix with a spoon to incorporate them into the batter.
  8. Lay a tart tray with parchment paper and add the blueberry batter.
