French fries are loaded with salt but also are pretty fatty – that’s the very definition of fries, isn’t it? Especially since the potatoes, loaded with carbs, are fried at high temperatures in unhealthy oils. This makes your body age faster. At the same time, the sodium in the salt leads to dehydration, which tends to damage your skin.

3. Processed meats
Far be it from me to tell you not to have pepperoni on a pizza but consuming too much processed meat can be a disaster for your body. If you have a habit of eating pepperoni and sausage and hot dogs, bacon, and deli meats, constantly (I feel you on that, I used to do the same), it is most definitely going to show on your skin. They dehydrate it and weaken collagen and lead to inflammation.
How to replace them? At first, just try to have less of these processed meats and replace some of the servings with steak or cooked chicken. Your skin will thank you for it in the long run.
Yes, coffee can be pretty good for you and your body, but too much of anything tends to be harmful. The caffeine might affect your sleeping patterns which are also connected to beauty and the age of your body. Think about how you look after a good night’s sleep as opposed to a sleepless night.
What can you do about it? There are plenty of ideas for replacing coffee. Make sure you have less of it, at least, and give it plenty of hours to leave your system before you set your head on your pillow.
We don’t have to tell you how a night of drinking affects your face and your body. You’ve probably noticed the puffiness and redness. And also, consuming too much alcohol leads in time to the loss of collagen and wrinkles. And while some add some dimension to your face (I’m not afraid of getting old and wrinkly, to be honest), a lot of people are not fond of having too much character.
