Ingredients Needed for Cheesy Prosciutto and Salami Waffles

For the dough:

10 ounces of flour
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons of buttermilk
1 cup water

For the topping:

ketchup
prosciutto strips
basil leaves
jalapeno sliced
low moisture mozzarella, grated
salami, thinly sliced

How to Make Cheesy Prosciutto and Salami Waffles

For the dough:
  1. Add the flour, yeast, some salt, the sugar, and buttermilk to the dough mixer bowl and start kneading. Gradually add the water in the process. Mix until you have a dough.
  2. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let the dough rise for 60 minutes.
  3. Dust the work surface with flour, break the dough into pieces. Stretch and flatten them using your hands. We’ve ended up with 8 waffle-sized pieces.
Assemble the waffle sandwiches:
  1. Add ketchup, prosciutto, basil, jalapeno, mozzarella, and salami between 2 pieces of dough. Cook them for 5-6 minutes using the waffle iron. Do the same for the remaining ingredients.

  1. Add the butter and sugar to a bowl and mix until even. Then mix in the eggs.
  2. Keep adding the whipping cream, vanilla extract, some salt, the baking powder, and flour. Mix more until smooth.
  3. Use the batter in 1-2 tablespoon batches to cook for 4-5 minutes in a waffle iron. We’ve ended up with 4 waffles, but your number may differ.
  4. Dust them with powdered sugar and top them with jam or any other sweet topping of your choosing.

How to Make Apple Sweet Potato Waffles

  1. Peel and shred the sweet potato. Peel and shred the apple.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet and cook the sweet potato on medium heat until softens. Stir often.
  3. Add the shredded apple and cooked sweet potato to a bowl. Add the cinnamon and stir.
  4. Heat and grease your waffle maker with olive oil. Add the sweet mixture in it, to make 2 waffles, and cook them for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Heat the remaining olive oil in a skillet and fry the eggs.

½ cup coconut milk
¼ cup maple syrup

How to Make Paleo Waffles

  1. Add the dry ingredients to a bowl and mix them together.
  2. Separate the yolks from the egg whites.
  3. Add the yolks to another bowl. Add the coconut milk, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, and 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Whisk.
  4. Combine the yolk mixture with the dry ingredients and set aside so the coconut flour absorbs the liquid.
  5. Beat the egg whites on high speed with an electric hand mixer until stiff peaks form, then fold egg whites into the batter to combine.
  6. Heat your waffle maker and grease it with coconut oil.
  7. Pour batter into the center of waffle maker, gently spreading just a bit before closing. Cook waffles according to your waffle iron’s instructions, usually for 4-6 minutes.
  8. You will make about 4-6 waffles. Serve them with maple syrup.

How to Make Cauliflower Waffles

  1. Set up your large blender. Add the cauliflower, mozzarella, parmesan, eggs, cornstarch, parmesan, and season with paprika, salt, pepper. Blend everything until smooth.
  2. Set up your waffle maker and grease its slots with olive oil.
  3. Pour around a ladle of the mixture in the empty slots.
  4. Cook the waffles according to the instructions on the package. Repeat the steps and finish the waffles.
  5. For the first topping, add the diced avocado in a small blender. Add the lemon juice and olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Blend until smooth.
  6. For the second topping, heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon slices until golden and crispy.
  7. For the third one, heat another skillet over medium heat, grease with a bit of oil, and place a cooking ring in the middle of the pan. Crack an egg inside. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Cook the egg for 4-5 minutes.
  8. Top each waffle with one of the toppings.

½ cup spelt flour
¼ cup sugar

1 teaspoon lemon zest, shredded

How to Make Waffles With Blueberries and Ricotta Cream

  1. First, add the ricotta in a large bowl. Add the powdered sugar, squeeze the juice out of half a lemon and add 1/2 teaspoon of lemon zest. Use a tablespoon and mix everything until smooth. Set it aside.
  2. Next, heat a skillet over medium heat, add the blueberries and a cup of water. Bring everything to a boil. Squeeze the juice out of the remaining lemon half. Add the honey and cook until bubbles appear on the surface and the mixture thickens. Set aside.
  3. Set up your large blender. Add the greek yogurt, melted butter, eggs, whole wheat and spelt flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Blend until smooth. This will be the waffle mixture.
  4. Grease your waffle iron with olive oil. Pour around 1 ladle of the mixture into the waffle slot. Make the waffles according to the instructions on the waffle maker.
  5. Serve them topped with ricotta cream and blueberry jam.
