1/2 watermelon pulp, cubed

How to Make Watermelon and Mint Lemonade

  1. Squeeze the lemons and the orange.
  2. Add the juice to the blender together with the watermelon pulp.
  3. Drizzle with syrup to taste, then mash everything, adding a few mint leaves in the process.
  4. Fill a pitcher halfway with ice and pour the juice.
  5. Serve it cold, not before garnishing with a watermelon slice and with mint leaves.

Ingredients Needed for Roasted Fruit Lemonade

2 oranges
2 lemons
2 limes
3 teaspoons of honey
ice
4 mint leaves
3 cups of water

How to Make Roasted Fruit Lemonade

  1. Preheat the oven to 360°F/180°C.
  2. Slice the oranges, limes, and 2 lemons in halves. Thinly slice the remaining lemon.
  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the sliced fruit on it. Drizzle 2 teaspoons of honey over them.
  4. Slide the tray into the oven and roast the fruit for the next 30 minutes.
  5. Take the tray out of the oven and squeeze the juice out of all the fruit.
  6. Add the squeezed juice to a 1000 ml glass container. Add the remaining honey, ice cubes, mint, roasted sliced lemon, and fill it with water all the way up.
    Serve it cold!
