7 ounces flour
1 tablespoon coffee grounds
1 teaspoon ground coffee
salt
4 eggs
3 ounces sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

4 tablespoons chocolate chips

How to Make Leftover Coffee Brownies

  1. Add most of the flour  (set aside 2 tablespoons for later use), the coffee grounds, and ground coffee to a bowl. Season with salt and whisk until even.
  2. Add the eggs and sugar to a bowl and start mixing. Gradually mix in the vanilla extract, vegetable oil, and the remaining flour.
  3. Add the cocoa powder and keep mixing until you have an even batter.
  4. Add 3 tablespoons of chocolate chips and mix them in using a spatula.
  5. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour the mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining chocolate chips.
  6. Bake for 35 minutes at 360ºF/180ºC.
  7. Portion and serve.

5 ounces pecan nuts
¼ cup water
⅓ cup coconut oil
1½ cup of cocoa powder
⅔ cup coconut flakes
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

How to Make Date, Pecan, and Coconut Brownies

  1. Add the pitted dates and pecan nuts to the blender and crush them.
  2. Keep adding the water, coconut oil, 1 cup of cocoa powder, the coconut flakes, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Blend until even.
  3. Line a roomy baking dish with parchment paper and transfer the mixture to it.
  4. Add the remaining cocoa powder, the maple syrup, and the remaining teaspoon of vanilla extract to a smaller bowl. Mix until you have a glaze.
  5. Top the coconut and date mixture with the glaze.
  6. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  7. Cut into bars and serve it.

How to Make Nutella Brownies on a Stick

  1. Add 1/2 of the flour, the melted butter, sugar, and 1 tablespoon of chocolate flakes to a bowl. Season with salt and mix until even using a spatula.
  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Add the Nutella and eggs to another bowl. Mix until even using a hand mixer.
  4. Strain the remaining flour into the bowl and mix more.
  5. Line a pan with parchment paper and pour the Nutella mixture into it. Tear the flour and chocolate flake dough into chunks and add them, too.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate flakes on top, then bake for 30 minutes at 380⁰F/190⁰C.
  7. Let it cool, spread the melted chocolate over the cake and garnish with sprinkles. Cut it into brownies and serve them on candy sticks.

How to Make Banana Bread Brownies

For the batter:
  1. Add the bananas to a blender and blend until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Add the sugar and butter to a bowl and start mixing using a hand mixer. Gradually add the sour cream in the process, then mix in the eggs.
  3. Add the vanilla extract, baking soda, and the blended bananas. Mix more, then add the walnuts and flour. Mix until even.

  10. Add the colored sugar into piping bags. Use it to decorate the brownie Christmas trees with Christmas Holiday themes.
