Does anybody feel like having some awesome veggie snacks? These zucchini crisps are a no-brainer. Cover the slices of zucchini with salty flour, then fry them in oil. Make plenty of batches and call your friends, but don’t forget to serve these along with a dip.

Ingredients Needed for Zucchini Crisps

1 zucchini
salt
1 cup sparkling water
1 cup flour
vegetable oil

How to Make Zucchini Crisps

  1. Place the zucchini on your chopping board, cut off its ends, and slice it. Transfer the slices to a bowl and season them with salt. Mix with your hands.
  2. Transfer to a kitchen towel, wrap it around the slices and pat gently.
  3. Pour the sparkling water into a bowl, salt it, and add the flour. Whisk until you make a thin paste, then add the zucchini slices to it. Use tongs to mix them in order to completely cover them with the flour mixture.
  4. Heat 1 cup vegetable oil into a skillet over medium-high heat and add the zucchini slices. Fry them on both sides until golden brown. When ready, remove them to paper towels, to absorb the excess fat. Serve them along with a dip.
