Ingredients Needed for Hot and Herby Chicken Drumsticks

½ tablespoon lemon juice
½ tablespoon lime juice
3 garlic cloves, crushed
2 teaspoons of chili, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
6 skinless chicken drumsticks

How to Make Hot and Herby Chicken Drumsticks

  1. Add the lemon and lime juice, garlic, chili, paprika, oregano, and vinegar to a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix until even.
  2. Add the drumsticks to a bowl and entirely coat them with the mixture. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate overnight.
  3. Grill for 10-12 minutes on each side.
