1 tablespoon butter
8 new potatoes
⅓ cup chicken stock
salt
pepper
parsley

How to Make Butter Smashed Potatoes

  1. Wash the potatoes very well, because you’ll cook them without peeling their skin.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet on medium heat.
  3. Throw in the potatoes, coat them with melted butter, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add chicken stock, cover the skillet, and cook the potatoes for 20 minutes.
  5. Transfer the potatoes on a plate and mash them just a little, with a fork, without peeling them.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and fresh parsley.
  7. Serve warm!
